Shipping & Returns

SHIPMENTS:
405Media reserves the right to make carrier selection based on current rates, reliability and transit schedules unless the Purchaser request alternate transportation service. Actually most standard ground shipments made by 405Media are FedEx Ground, however, this method is not guaranteed for time sensitive shipments. Its recommended that in cases when you need a job by specific dates you should contact us for alternate shipments or options. Extra charges may be required.

DELAYS:
405Media is not responsible for delays in making delivery or any failure to make delivery due to causes beyond its control, including, but not limited to acts or regulations of any governmental authority, acts of God, public disorders, fire, work stoppage or slowdown, accident, flood, war and national emergency.

GUARANTEE & DELIVERY PROMISE:
Estimate production time is specified in the product's description page of each item individually. It is the time we required to produce and/or imprint your products. This time begins the day after the proof has been approved and does not includes delivery time. No orders will be “Promised” a shipping date or delivery date, but we do our best for a speedy turnaround.

CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS: 
Since we are producing custom goods, we are unable to cancel or change any order after its status is "Order In Production". We cannot make any changes to the order including artwork change, nor shipping upgrades in most cases. If you are in a rush, some products are available with rush service at additional charge. Please contact us for a custom quote.

RETURNS:
We make sure that your order is printed to our specifications and is of the excellent quality. In the rare occurrence that you receive a defective order, we will promptly investigate and reprint it. What you should do when you receive a product that is perceived to have defects:
  • Notify us by calling 714-881-4056 or contact us via our website within 24 hours of your receipt of the items. We will take the details of your order and may ask for photos of the product as you have received them.
  • We will contact you to provide resolution to the problem. If upon investigation we determine that we made an error, we will reprint it.

We reserve the right to request that 100% of the items be returned to us prior to reprinting.
